The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven VP of Sales with deep semiconductor industry
knowledge.
This role is ideal for someone with strong relationships and industry connections, and the ability
to drive strategic sales conversations. Must have proven understanding of existing technologies,
market dynamics and industry trends. You will create, own and expand customer relationships
with IDMs, fabless chip designers and resin suppliers. A blend of industry experience, technical
fluency, and the proven ability to win business for new materials in semiconductor
manufacturing is required.
Key Responsibilities
● Industry Strategy: Translate your deep semiconductor industry knowledge into actionable
strategies to help the executive team with long-term growth
● Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth and profitability by managing the entire sales cycle
● Technical Sales: Effectively communicate the value proposition of materials through proposals,
presentations, and technical discussions with customers
● Negotiation: Lead contract and agreement negotiations, including pricing strategies and terms
and conditions
● Reporting & Feedback: Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to leadership to
inform sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
● 10+ years of success in a sales / business development role within the semiconductor industry
● Proven track record of developing relationships and transitioning markets toward disruptive
technologies
● Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field (BSc minimum)
● Fluency in English required; Japanese or Korean language skills are a strong asset
